How to use the 96-well PCR plate
Before using the 96-well PCR plate, pre-treatment is required to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experiment. The specific steps are as follows
(1) Place the PCR plate on ice and allow its surface to cool.
(2) Add samples to the PCR plate, taking care to prevent contamination and mixing of samples.
(3) Add the PCR reaction solution, adding the reactants according to the ratio in the experimental protocol.
(4) Cover the PCR plate with a transparent film to prevent sample volatilization and cross-contamination.
(5) Put the PCR plate into the PCR instrument for amplification reaction.
